Participants must act in good faith, follow the rules outlined for each stage of the tournament, and refrain from cheating, collusion, or other unfair practices.

3.2 Behavior:
Disrespectful or disruptive behavior toward other participants, staff, or spectators will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification.

3.3 Decisions:
All decisions by Tale Masters judges or organizers are final and binding.

 

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership:
All content provided by Tale Masters, including logos, designs, quizzes, and games, is the property of Tale Masters and protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2 User Content:
By submitting content (e.g., media, artwork, or posts), you grant Tale Masters a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your submissions for promotional purposes.

 

5. Disqualification

Tale Masters reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms, tournament rules, or engages in misconduct, including:

• Providing false information.

• Failing to comply with deadlines or requirements.

• Cheating or colluding with other participants.

 

6. Prizes

6.1 Prize Distribution:
Prizes will be awarded as outlined in the tournament details. Participants are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with receiving a prize.

6.2 Prize Forfeiture:
Prizes may be forfeited if a participant is disqualified or fails to meet eligibility requirements.

• Technical issues, delays, or disruptions.

• Any damages, losses, or injuries sustained during participation.

7.2 Participant Responsibility:
You participate at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring your health and safety during any in-person or physical challenges.

Tale Masters reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the tournament at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be notified, and refund policies (if applicable) will be communicated.
